The APC Easy UPS SMV3000CAI is designed for office equipment, workstations, small servers and other compatible devices. Connections and management
An IEC C20 inlet supplies the UPS, and 6 IEC C13 outlets in two columns feed connected equipment. The rear panel includes output breakers, an input fuse, a battery-disconnect connector and management interfaces. USB and RS232 provide local communication, while dry contacts connect to compatible status-signalling systems.

Battery and backup time
The battery system uses four 12V/9Ah lead-acid batteries with a combined nominal voltage of 48V. APCRBCV209 is the compatible replacement. The manual specifies approximately 4–6 hours to restore 90% charge.
Backup time depends on the connected load, battery charge, battery condition and temperature. A VA rating alone does not determine runtime in minutes. Size the UPS against the equipment’s combined wattage and the reserve capacity you need.

Important considerations
The current manufacturer page does not claim network-card support for this model. Additional mains and IEC jumper cables are marked as optional in the manual.
