Terms of Use
shop.tectronis.am is owned by TECTRONIS LLC, Tax ID 03581109. By using the site you agree to these terms and applicable law of the Republic of Armenia.
1. Purpose of the site
The site provides an IT equipment catalogue, order placement and related service functions. A brand being listed does not mean that Tectronis is an official distributor or authorised manufacturer representative unless expressly stated separately.
2. Account and credentials
An account may be required for an order. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the site to break the law, commit fraud, access another person’s account, distribute malicious code, disrupt the site, bypass security measures or create disproportionate automated load. We may restrict access connected with such conduct while preserving mandatory user rights.
4. Product information and availability
We use reasonable efforts to keep prices, images, specifications and availability accurate. Manufacturer data may change and screen colours may differ. If there is an obvious technical error, we will inform you and offer the choice to confirm corrected terms or cancel the order.
5. Orders and formation of contract
Submitting an order is the buyer’s offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated email confirms receipt and does not by itself constitute final acceptance. A contract is formed when the Company confirms the order or begins performance, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise. Details are in the Purchase and Payment Terms and Returns Policy.
6. Intellectual property and external links
The site’s original design, text and Tectronis brand materials are protected. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or security.
7. Availability and liability
We may perform maintenance, updates or temporary service restrictions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or failures of external services. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Force majeure
A party is not responsible for delay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law. The affected party will notify the other as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce the consequences.
9. Suspension, changes and disputes
We may suspend an account where there is a reasonable suspicion of a security threat, fraud or material breach and, where possible, state the reason. Changes take effect when posted and do not retroactively worsen the terms of an accepted order. Armenian law applies. We will first try to resolve disputes through discussion without limiting any mandatory right to approach a court or competent authority.
