MikroTik wAP ac RBwAPG-5HacT2HnD is a compact dual-band access point in a white weather-resistant enclosure for a home, small office, porch or garden. A Gigabit Ethernet uplink and simultaneous 2.4/5 GHz operation help extend Wi-Fi to locations where an ordinary indoor router is inconvenient to install.
Wireless and network features

Exact hardware version
This is the RBwAPG-5HacT2HnD version with a QCA9556 720 MHz processor, 64 MB RAM and 16 MB Flash. The enclosure measures 185 × 85 × 30 mm and is rated IP54. MikroTik specifies an operating range of −40 to +70 °C and maximum power consumption of 12 W.
Power and package
The manufacturer’s package includes a 24 V / 0.8 A power adapter, Gigabit PoE injector, desktop stand, ceiling bracket and mounting hardware. PoE input supports 11–57 V. For 802.3af/at power, MikroTik specifies that the cable shielding must not be connected to GND pins. The included adapter and injector allow installation without buying a separate PoE switch.
Planning your installation
The 300 and 1300 Mbps figures are maximum wireless link rates, not guaranteed internet throughput. Actual performance depends on the client, interference and distance. IP54 does not permit immersion. Initial RouterOS configuration is required; choose an Ethernet cable separately to suit the installation.
