Logitech Cat5e Kit for Tap provides the cable connection between a USB-connected Tap controller and the room computer. It is useful when a Tap installation needs a replacement kit or a longer, planned cable route.

Specifications

• Includes a Tap receiver and dongle transceiver.
• 100–240 V power supply with international adapter set.
• Supplied Cat5e cables: 2.97 m and 7 m.
• Supports a combined suitable Cat5e-or-better cable length of up to 40 m.

Compatibility and installation

For Logitech Tap with USB connectivity. Plan the route between Tap, the supplied components and the host USB connection; longer cable runs require suitable cable. Do not treat this kit as a general network adapter or as an accessory for Tap IP or Tap Scheduler.

Package contents

Receiver, transceiver, power supply with adapters, and both cables are included. The Tap controller is not included. Tap with Cat5e Kit 939-001950 already contains this kit, so a second kit is unnecessary for the initial installation.
