HP Series 5 Pro 524pn has a 24-inch IPS display with WUXGA 1920 × 1200 resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The extra vertical space is useful for long documents, spreadsheets and code.
Display and everyday uses
A 100 Hz refresh rate supports smooth scrolling. The 350-nit brightness and 100% sRGB coverage suit work materials, graphics and presentations. An anti-glare surface and slim three-sided bezel also work well in a dual-monitor setup.
Connections and adjustments
The stand provides 150 mm of height adjustment, −5° to +23° tilt, ±45° swivel and ±90° pivot for portrait use. HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort 1.2 are complemented by a USB hub with four 5 Gbps USB-A ports, including one charging port.

Compatibility and limitations
Maximum resolution and refresh rate require a compatible computer video output and video cable. The USB-A hub needs a separate USB-B upstream connection to the computer; HDMI or DisplayPort alone does not carry USB data. The monitor’s USB ports do not replace a USB-C laptop-charging dock. When choosing a VESA arm, check its weight capacity and compatibility with the monitor’s dimensions.
