This Dell PowerEdge R760xs 2U rack server features two Intel Xeon Silver 4416+ processors, providing a combined 40 cores and 80 threads. It includes 128 GB of DDR5 ECC RDIMM memory across four dual-rank 32 GB modules.

One 480 GB SATA Read Intensive AG SSD is installed, with a 6 Gbps interface, 512e sectors and 1 DWPD endurance. The hot-plug 2.5-inch drive is fitted in a 3.5-inch hybrid carrier. The chassis accommodates up to twelve 3.5-inch SAS/SATA drives; this configuration includes one SSD. Storage is managed by the low-profile PERC H755 Adapter from the PERC 11 family.

Riser Config 0 for two processors uses no riser and provides four low-profile PCIe Gen4 slots: three x16 and one x8. The onboard Broadcom 5720 network controller provides two 1GbE ports. An OCP card is not included. iDRAC9 Enterprise 16G enables remote administration.

Dual 800 W Mixed Mode hot-plug power supplies provide 1+1 redundancy and accept 100–240 V AC input. A PowerEdge 2U standard bezel and ReadyRails sliding rails without a cable-management arm are included.

5600 MT/s is the modules’ rated speed. The Xeon Silver 4416+ supports DDR5 at up to 4000 MT/s; actual speed depends on system settings. Dell supports a balanced four-module layout with two DIMMs per processor.

The PCIe slot count is the configuration’s total. The PERC H755 adapter occupies one PCIe slot.
