This Dell PowerEdge R760 2U rack server features two Intel Xeon Gold 6542Y processors, providing a combined 48 cores and 96 threads in the 24-core processor profile. It includes 64 GB of DDR5 ECC RDIMM memory across two dual-rank 32 GB modules.

Two 960 GB Data Center NVMe Read Intensive AG SSDs are installed, each using U.2 Gen4 and supplied with a carrier. Their combined raw capacity is 1.92 TB. The chassis accommodates up to sixteen 2.5-inch NVMe Direct drives with direct attachment; sixteen is the chassis capacity, while two SSDs are installed in this configuration.

Riser Config 2 provides eight expansion slots: two full-height PCIe Gen4 x8, four full-height PCIe Gen5 x8 and two low-profile PCIe Gen4 x16. Two onboard Broadcom 5720 1GbE ports provide network connectivity, and iDRAC9 Enterprise 16G enables remote administration.

Dual 1400 W Mixed Mode hot-plug power supplies provide 1+1 redundancy. ReadyRails sliding rails without a cable-management arm are included.

The per-processor specifications of 24 cores, 48 threads, 2.9 GHz base frequency and 250 W TDP apply to Intel SST-PP profile 0. Other profiles change the active core count and base frequency.
