The Dell PowerEdge R660xs is a 1U rack server for business applications and server infrastructure. This configuration includes two Intel Xeon Silver 4510 processors with a combined 24 cores and 48 threads. It has 128 GB of DDR5 ECC RDIMM memory across four 32 GB modules and one 480 GB SATA Read Intensive SSD rated at 1 DWPD.

A PERC H755 SAS Front controller manages the storage subsystem. The chassis accommodates up to eight 2.5-inch SAS/SATA drives. Two onboard Broadcom 5720 1GbE ports provide network connectivity, while iDRAC9 Enterprise 16G enables remote administration.

Riser Config 1 provides three low-profile PCIe Gen4 slots: one x16 and two x8. Dual 800 W hot-plug power supplies provide 1+1 redundancy and accept 100–240 V AC input. A PowerEdge 1U standard front bezel and A11 combo rails without a cable-management arm are included.
