Purchase and Payment Terms
These terms govern the ordering, payment and delivery of goods from TECTRONIS LLC, Tax ID 03581109, through shop.tectronis.am.
1. Prices and taxes
Prices are stated in Armenian drams (AMD, ֏). Tectronis LLC is VAT registered. The cart shows the calculation of goods, applicable discounts and delivery. For an invoice to a legal entity, provide the company name, tax ID and VAT payer status.
2. Submission and acceptance of orders
Submitting an order is the buyer’s offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated confirmation means that the order was received. A sales contract is formed when Tectronis confirms the order or begins performance, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise. Before acceptance we may verify availability, price, specifications, delivery and buyer details.
3. Payment by bank transfer
Bank transfer and payment by invoice are currently available. Online card payment is not enabled. Immediately after checkout, bank details are displayed on the confirmation page and sent in the order email. An invoice, where required, is provided during processing. Include the order number in the payment reference.
Pay within the period stated in the confirmation or invoice, or within 3 business days if no period is stated. If payment is not received, we may remove the reservation or cancel the order after attempting to contact you. Bank charges are borne by the payer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Availability, reservation and pre-orders
An “in stock” indication may change because of parallel sales. Goods are reserved only after order confirmation and, where required, receipt of payment. Dates for “pre-order” or “available to order” goods are estimates and depend on the supplier. If there is a material change, we will offer the choice to wait, select an alternative or cancel with any refund required by law.
5. Errors and cancellation
If there is an obvious technical error in price, specifications or availability, we will inform you and offer the choice to confirm corrected terms or cancel. Before fulfilment, the buyer may request cancellation as soon as possible and provide the order number. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights are also described in the Returns Policy.
6. Delivery within Armenia
For goods totalling at least 30,000 ֏ after discounts, delivery in Yerevan is free; below that amount it costs 1,500 ֏. Delivery to other regions of Armenia is arranged at the buyer’s expense and may be charged separately. Timing and method are confirmed during order processing.
Until the goods are actually handed to the buyer or designated recipient, the seller bears the risk of accidental loss or damage, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently selected by the buyer. See Delivery and Payment for more information.
7. Title to goods
Unless otherwise agreed, title passes after full payment and handover. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or the seller’s responsibility before delivery.
8. Business orders
For a legal entity or a purchase made for business purposes, an invoice, offer or separate contract may set additional terms, delivery stages, warranty and acceptance procedure. Mandatory consumer rights apply to the persons and situations defined by law.
