Return and Order Cancellation Policy

Tectronis handles requests under the laws of the Republic of Armenia and the procedure below. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.

1. Cancellation before delivery

To cancel, contact info@tectronis.am or +374 33 898985 as soon as possible and provide the order number. If the product has not been dispatched, the order will be cancelled and any payment refunded. Once delivery has started, the return rules and any actual delivery costs may apply.

2. Fourteen-day withdrawal for distance purchases

Except where the law provides an exclusion, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days after physically receiving the product. If items in one order are delivered separately, the period starts when the final item is received. The buyer must notify Tectronis of the decision before the period expires.

3. Condition of returned products

A conforming product should be unused and retain its saleable appearance, consumer properties, factory seals and labels, accessories, and a document or other evidence of purchase. Its condition will be inspected when the return is received.

4. Exceptions

Where permitted by law, withdrawal may not apply to made-to-order or specially configured products, unsealed hygiene products, activated software licences or digital content, and other statutory exceptions. The buyer will be informed of an applicable exception before confirming the order. Rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

5. Return procedure

1. Email info@tectronis.am with the order number, product, receipt date, optional reason and contact details.
2. Receive the return address and handover instructions.
3. Return the product by the agreed method in protective packaging.

Do not send a product without prior coordination. The buyer bears the cost of returning conforming goods unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refunds

After notice of withdrawal, payments are refunded within the period required by law — generally no later than 14 days — using the same payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Tectronis may withhold the refund until the product is received or evidence of dispatch is provided. Standard delivery is reimbursed to the extent required by law; the extra cost of a more expensive delivery method chosen by the buyer may be excluded. The actual posting time may also depend on the card-issuing bank.

7. Defective or incorrect products

If a product is defective, damaged or does not match the order, contact us promptly with a description and photographs. Following review, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund will be offered as required by applicable law.

8. Business orders

Returns by legal entities and entrepreneurs are governed by the relevant contract, invoice or individual quotation unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
